Knotty alder kitchen from rough boards

After ten or so years dreaming about building my first kitchen I finally took the plunge! Thanks to a pile of almost free alder I came across, and all the inspiration from my woodworking magazines I figured I had what it takes. One Box at a time One door at a time and really was a fairly simple project. (I did lose a lot of hair over the finishing though!). took several months to complete but in the end the kitchen was only out of commission for about three weeks.
