Jewelry Box with inlaid roses,
Box is made from 1/2″MDF, veneered with Fiddleback Sycamore, Carpathain Elm Burl with black dyed veneer accents. The tray, feet and edges are Mahogany. Roses were shaded in hot sand.

I was looking for ideas to make a jewelry boxes for my wife as a surprize gift for Xmass. This box is much to elaborate for my skill level and the time i can devote to it. When I saw the pictures, I just could not resist calling it : "The WOW box". Unique beautifull and expertly executed. An absolute gem for gem storage!
