I designed this entertainment center using a combination of design features I had seen in others that I liked. I used solid beadboard for the back. The shelves are glass in a wood frame. I used LED lighting in all sections and above the cabinet. I left a wide slot in the back of the shelves of the middle section for running wires. I also installed a temperature-controlled ventilation fan in the bottom section. The entertainment center is made in six pieces. The ends are not visible but they are framed raised panels. I used Blum soft-close door hinges. The right side door hides drawers for DVD storage. The left side door hides shelves.
