HELP
This is a picture of what my saw looks like, its an old Beaver. I inherited it from my dad. I want to get it running like it did when he used it. But it boggs down once I put any load on it. I’m hoping someone will be able to tell me what might be the problem.

If it's not a direct drive replacing the motor would be an easy fix. If you don't have electrical experience find a local repair shop and get a estimate, could be just replacing the brushes....
Are you using a sharp blade?
Have you checked the tension on the belt?
Make sure your fence is parallel to the blade. It may be binding up which will cause it to bogg down.
I am sure you put in a new blade, so I would say it is probably the belt tension.
It could be the run capacitor. Not likely to be brushes as they are in universal motors. Besides worn brushes would preclude the motor from running whether under load or not.
