New Jersey Tall Case Clock
This is not a direct copy of any particular clock, but rather a blending of several clock, along with some artistic license.
The clock measures 95 1/2″ tall, 17 1/2″ wide, 9 1/8″ deep. It is made of mahogany (solid and veneer), satinwood, holly, ebony, black dyed veneer, cherry (solid and veneer), curly maple and eastern white pine.
It is finished with lime and water, yellow tinted shellac, oil based grain filler, and super blond shellac. The hardware came from Londonderry Brasses and the dial was painted by Martha Smallwood. I did not have the clock movement for construction, but I believe it was from David Lindow.

Stunning clock, Rob.
Rob, tremendous detail and attention was put into all of the veneering and inlays! Obviously this took many days to complete. Exquisite!
