Custom Skateboard Decks
These modern "popsicle-shaped" skateboard decks are made from 7-layers of hard maple pressed to a form.
Turns out it’s not that hard to build a high-performance skateboard deck from scratch. Inspired by (and with a little help from) the Roarockit skateboard kit, these decks are lamined in a vacuum press from 7 layers of hard Canadian maple veneer.

This deck, inspired by the 1980s "pool decks" features complex bends and curves, achieved by laminating 7 layers of maple veneer in a vacuum press.

Shaped fenders allow the rider to turn hard without the wheels catching on the bottom of the deck.
