Complete overhaul of the original 1990 kitchen in our old Florida home. Using mostly red oak and 120 year reclaimed douglas fir (from Massachusetts). Oak is sealed (spray) with water based polyurethane to remove the ambering effect of oil based products and then with 2 coats of oil based polyurethane. Douglas fir columns are finished with Watco natural oil then oil base poly. More to come…
