I designed and made this plaque for a boss and best friend.  I was made from mahogany and red oak.  I took me about a month to finish this project.  Everything was built by me except the cardboard cutouts for the pictures.  The scull was cut in half with a bandsaw and we used two airsoft guns(glock19) for the symbol in the middle.  It was the first time we made a 3D version of our team symbol.  The blood was made from a hot glue gun. I just held the middle piece up so that the glue would drip and then easily painted it red to look like blood.  The lights on the inside were installed from one of those light kits usually used for the back of televisions. It was a honor making this for him.
