Found an antique cribbage board I liked.  Used that design to create this one. Once I had the board done, I needed a nice box to store it in. The box I created shows one of the highest cribbage hands one can have on the top lid of the box.  Cards are Curly maple with Ebony, Bloodwood, and some dyed veneers.  The inside shows that score in roman numerals. Entire lid is all veneer even the ogee edge.  Main box is comprised of Maple dyed to look like Ebony, Bubinga, and a burl wood. Cribbage board is all veneer with the exception of the outside edge is real wood. Veneers are too numerous to name.
