Speaking of boxes that took more than a week, here is a magician’s drawer box specifically designed to transform a solid wooden skittle (an early form of bowling pin) into a bouquet of flowers. Black walnut with Constantine shell inlay. This prop goes back over 150 years. The principle is simple but the construction is a bit more complex
