Walnut slab for the top with a cherry base
Made this trestle table for my father in law so he may display his bonsai. He had come across a great walnut slab from a local sawyer with live edges, about 20 inches wide, flat, and some great crotch figure. Really did nothing much other than finish plane the top, remove bark. Finish is wipe on poly.
