Reclaimed barn beam wine hutch
This is a wine hutch I made from reclaimed barn beams I pulled out of a barn in upstate New York built in the mid 1800’s. Most of the beams were encased in concrete and required a lot of chiseling and hand planing. I used old railroad spikes to hold some of it together. The inside and the drawer is made from Baltic birch, poplar, and maple. I based the design on what I had left for barn wood after some previous projects. I hope you like it! i always appreciate constructive criticism as well for I am a somewhat newbee woodworker. I really hope to get this in the actual magazine. Thanks!
