You have a wonderfully spacious shop. Spend more time there and you'll gain insight into what will work for you. There is one thing that seems worth suggesting.
Is your shop adequately lighted?
If not, you might consider adding some lighting. That usually is an easy task. The type of lighting would depend on your climate. Fluorescent lights are relatively cheap and energy efficient, but are slow starting when the temperature falls below 40 degrees F.
