Accurate table saw milling machine – 0.03 mm thread adjusted wedge 30mm longitudinal = 1mm lateral. 4mm adjustment from initial double locked fence position, so 2mm either side of zero, to suit the job.

Tennoning milling table sliding on dovetailed guides. Positive no play motion, wear adjustable, lubricated with tallow. 200mm track trued to angle with shims. A high fence allows rapid change of multiple duplicate workpieces.
Wooden fingers create even pressure and feed for the workpiece or stock. Remove top spring to cut tennon cheeks, keep hands above the fence face or build a sliding jig to cramp.
Shim from the fence and micro adjust to precision shoulder tennons - 64 tooth blade, as accurate as a shoulder plane, repeatable or not, duplicates or individually shot multiple components. Rapid change, cramp to high fence for extra precision, particularly with large stock.
Drop and tilt for rebating, bevelling, milling. Swing and height adjusted by threaded gravity stops, allowing micro adjustment before locking. All components screwed or bolted to allow maintenance or subsequent modification.
