Put the bookcase on top of the murphy bed with a folding desk
This is a sideways/horizontal murphy bed that I built. The face is a real contemporay design. I added a bookcase with open shelves to the top. I also added a desk that folds down and locks so that the bed can be pulled down and used.
The finsh is clear coat of lacquer on maple wood.
