Tal Maor
Kibbutz Ein Harod, Israel
A carpenter by trade, Maor took a two-year course at the Tree of Knowledge woodworking school in Gallilee, which teaches furniture making in the way of James Krenov. Afterward, Maor decided to take what he’d learned an design a chair. “This was the first chair that I ever built. It was a wonderful, challenging journey. I also did the upholster and it is very, very comfortable. The only problem is my wife never wants to get up.”

Wow this chair looks really cool, not to mention cozy. I wish I could give it a try myself :) Definitely those two years paid off for Maor as this chair looks like it's come out of a furniture magazine. Really awesome job.
This is really an amazing looking chair. Where are the plans? :)
