White Oak Rocker
GREG BROWN
Deerfield, N.H.
Out fishing one day on a local stream using his grandfather’s net, Brown was inspired to design this rocker. He used braided Kevlar fishing line for the seat. “I picked up the Encyclopedia of Knots and taught myself how to tie a fish net.” Next, he came up with a stretcher system that bypasses the back seat rail. “I call them ‘splatchers’—splat plus stretcher.”
