Cherry Console Table
Rossi’s Angel Arch console table was inspired by natural arches Rossi has seen in national parks. He chose quartersawn cherry for the piece because “It allows the viewer to concentrate on the piece’s form and not be distracted by the loud flame pattern in flatsawn cherry.” The finish is six coats of a hand-rubbed blend of turpentine, boiled linseed oil, and satin urethane, followed by wax.
