This cabinet is named in honour of an extraordinary woodworker who, sadly, passed
away recently. It is constructed using a combination of solid wood and shop-sawn veneer all cut from a Black Walnut tree which grew in the city of Victoria on Vancouver Island. There are 7 drawers featuring Quilted Maple drawer fronts and hand-cut dovetails. The drawer pulls were carved from a Maple Burl and are hence all slightly different and very unique. The legs are tapered to give the piece a refined and elegant look.
