Thomas Elfe reproduction using eastern black walnut by Dr. William C. Wilson of Rock Hill, S. C.
The chest on chest was built in three sections. The lower case of three large drawers and upper case of five smaller drawers and the crown of fretwork and carvings. The main wood is eastern black walnut and the secondary wood is southern yellow pine. The brasses were made by a company in Connecticut.
