Contemporary Adirondack Chair

I taught high school woodworking for 35 years. The traditional Adirondack chair was a very popular project. I made a number of them for myself and as gifts for friends. This design is superior in a number of ways. It is a much sturdier design and it is a very comfortable chair. This will not be the last one I make.
