280- Lamp Transforms with Light
While experimenting with the use of epoxy to make thin panels, Kein was struck by how adding light transformed their look. So he decided to make a lampshade that blended translucent epoxy and wood panels. “Once I completed the lampshade, my wife suggested making the full lamp, so I cleaned up a cherry burl we found while walking in the woods.”
