Multi-axis turning generates a pleasing twist by using multiple turning centers. The twist often highlights interesting features of the wood grain. Mother nature seldom generates truly round shapes, so why should a turning always be round.

Yesssss, that isss sssome ssssinousss sssupplenesss.

I'm an experienced furnituremaker with a new lathe being delivered soon. I look forward to experimenting with multi-axis turning.

Any suggestions for instruction?
