My first hurdy gurdy build. My original design. Hand bent the sides and wheel cover on electric side bender. Woodburned soundhole and accents. Lacquer finish. Between design and building took over 1,100 hours of work over 11 months in 2019. Have built other instruments over the past 40 years but none this involved and challenging.
