The thing I like most about it is that is actually another piece of furniture entirely. Was built from a brief to create a Double Valet unit on a year long Ebenisterie course I’m currently doing.

I point blank refuse to aid/assist the evil ‘business suit’ and so I worked within the predetermined design constraints (max overall dimensions, materials, must have two hangers (later removed) and have at least one drawer) to create something that I genuinely like and that, with the slotting in of an extra shelf, will live out it’s life in juxtaposition to its intended purpose.

Makes an aging rebel happy!
