OM Model Cutaway Acoustic Steel String Guitar

When I began woodworking in the late 1970’s, I wanted to build guitars, but I found it a hard way to make a living. So I focused on refinishing furniture. But I continued making guitars over the years. I currently manage to build 4-5 guitars a year.
This guitar is modeled after a Martin OM or Orchestra Model and is a a medium size steel string. The sinker mahogany used not only adds good looks, but also has a wonderful tone.
This guitar is finished in catalyzed urethane and is polished to gloss using a pedestal buffer.
