Cherry Bookcase

The bookcase is all solid cherry including the shelves and back. Rather than drilling rows of shelf pin holes I used strips at the front and back of each side with semi-circle cut outs. I made these by drilling 3/4″ holes with a Forstner bit on the drill press and then ripping the pieces down the middle on the table saw. The shelf cleats have rounded ends to match.
