Industrial Wooden Gear

I was inspired to build a large wooden gear when I visited Slaters Mill in Pawtucket, RI, and saw similar gears in the mills shop. Clients certainly notice it hanging on the wall of my shop. It was a fun and challenging project to engineer and build. Clearly a departure from the usual woodworking.
