I watch or read everything Latta does. He knows magic! :)
Talk about a technique screaming out for a Shaper Origin...!
How can I keep the holly stringing nice and white through the dye and finishing phase? I like to use shellac and it causes the white holly to take on an orange color. How did the period furniture makers do this? I thought about doing all the channels and fitting the stringing, then take it out, block off the channels with a wood stripping during finishing, then install stringing after this. Easier way?.
